Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions — and that’s totally normal. Here are some answers to help you feel more informed and at ease as you take this next step.

How do I access the Therapy Portal?

The Therapy Portal is your secure space for all things therapy-related — you can complete paperwork, attend telehealth sessions, view invoices, send secure messages, and more. It’s easy to use and available anytime you need it.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept a variety of insurance plans, including SelectHealth, PEHP, Evernorth (Cigna), United Healthcare, and more. A full list is available on each therapist’s bio page.

Your specific coverage and copay is unique to your insurance plan. Call the number on the back of your insurance card for the most accurate information.

How does billing work?

Katie sends out invoices at the beginning of each month. You’ll receive your invoice through your secure Therapy Portal or by mail. If you ever have questions about billing or payment options, Katie’s your go-to!
